At The KOCO USA, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of skincare and consumable collagen supplements, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
Returns & Replacements (Only for Damaged or Incorrect Items)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Report within 7 days of delivery.
- Email info@thekocous.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for opened, used, or unwanted items.
